    Yung t and JMC.

I can't bet against MJ. And I think dfb needs a point guard when lebron sits.

Keep in mind I have arguably the best defensive guard ever in Sidney Moncrief as well as Shane Battier. If that can't slow down MJ, we should have just crowned T as soon as he picked him.

Shaq would have a field day against Noah who is looking like one of the lesser centers in this draft overall.

Jordan played Moncrief in the 80's. He was just as dominant as ever against them. Moncrief was one of the best defenders ever but this is MJ we're talking about. It is a problem in these drafts having MJ and others who are way better than the field (like Lebron in current drafts). Unless he screws it up, he has a huge advantage over other guys who didn't pick so high.

Yeah Shaq would dominate as expected. Noah would just be there to slow down Shaq, and he wouldn't do so great at it (but better than your average joe). In the end they could probably hack-a-shaq and win, though.

Meh, I don't like how it's always purely judged as 1on1 matchups. I have three DPOYs (Jordan, Artest, Noah), plus other all-defense winners (Hollins, Robinson), so I don't think anyone would have a field day against a team full of all-defense and three DPOY starters that are in a do-or-die playoff series. You really think they would all stay away 10ft and watch Shaq vs Noah (who I think wouldn't be bad vs Shaq, plus there's Hack-a-Shaq and all other guys intercepting and applying pressure, picking pockets, etc).

I could also change the narrative and say if you put Moncrief oh Jordan, I put a prototype Curry (Abdul-Rauf, who had 50+ point games vs good defenders and averaged 39.2 3pt% his best year) on Harden, who would score at will, while Jordan, Hollins, Artest would do the best humanly possible to defend Harden.

And I don't think anyone outside of Shaq (who like I said, is defended by a DPOY and swarmed by other DPOYs) would average 40+ points, and he doesn't have anyone else if Harden is defended by Jordan, Artest, Hollins, etc.

If you have LeBron and Pippen, is a true backup point such a big priority? Unless it's a blow out, those guys are playing well over 40 minutes and both can be de facto point guards. It makes more sense to have a few guys with killer jump shots and / or athletic cutters off the bench.

Anyway, sorry for not voting lately brehs. A bit grumpy and can't think straight lately. Mid summer, sun is shining, and I'm sitting at home with a sinusitis and eating antibiotics.

Dfb. I just really love his team even though I think shaq has a field day. Still dfbs team is so long athletic and positionless. Very good wing defense
