Sign up, new people are very welcome too! If you are new and don't know what the hell I am talking about, you can check an earlier version, for instance Draft 3. Basically, we draft and trade players, then we judge who wins. We'll start at some point during or after the NBA playoffs, when we have enough signups. Main rules: 70 mil cap, salaries are based on 2012-2013 salaries on hoopsworld. 8 rounds. 2 hours per pick, 30 minutes Horry rule. A break from 3 am to 8 am Houston time (say if you don't like this, but I think it's better than full night, people can email their picks if it's close to their pick when they go to sleep). You can amnesty 1 player after round 8 and pick up someone else (for example, if you got over the cap by mistake) but that new player can't be traded. Eligible players: anyone who played at least 40 games this season, including the playoff games. We will judge players based on their performance this year. So for example, if you draft Dirk, you get this year's Dirk - which is great, he played like an all star, but not his championship level. Anyway, if i forgot some rule, let me know. All rules can be changed before we start drafting. Post if you want something else. BigMaloe RR14 Yung-T Jmcballer88 Dfb LCAhmed bluffkin latebloomer19

Just send messages/emails to people who you think might be interested based on them being here before. I don't think you should post a thread in the dish during the playoffs. Just my 2 cents.

Can we change the Amnesty rule, so that guys that are over the cap can only sign players below a certain salary? Like say 3mil. In past drafts guys that messed up their cap could get their hands on players too good, there was no benefit in drafting wisely.
This makes sense. I was already thinking about this also. I like 65 mill also. Even 60 because it promoted better drafting
