Main rules:

8 rounds. 65 mil cap. Please use Hoopsworld's 2012-13 salaries.
2 hours per pick + full night if your pick is at that time (0-8am). Please email your picks to someone if you can't be on time.

Draft order:
1st round pick 1-16
2nd 16-1
3rd 16-1
4th 1-16
5th 16-1
6th 1-16
7th 16-1
8th 1-16

3 mil of cap can be traded. Commish (TBD) can veto any troll / clearly uneven trades. They can also be vetoed by majority (not counting trade parties).

Judging is based on player's 2011-12 performance. A player must've played 22 games to be eligible for the draft.

At the end of the draft, there will be a trade period where you can also cut one player at any time and replace him with any available player at up to 3 mil salary. But that player can't be traded.

we can always change it before the draft starts. but ppl need to speak up. don't love it either.

but i like the normal system even less, top 3 ppl basically have to screw up to lose. personally, i like raising top 3 cap hit much more.

 

it would be better if (?) people would confirm, just to be sure.
also anyone else, if i forgot.
or whoever new wants to sign up.
