I got the Rockets at 55 wins. More rest for CP3, less deep of a team, natural regression. Still the 2 seed.

 

It is more scary to think these analysts don't know what a Trade Deadline is. What if the Rockets go after another excellent SF at the trade deadline. Trevor Ariza is not a Paul George that the Media is making him out to be. Ariza missing 14 games Rockets went 13-1, Luc started and he could be a lesser version by Ariza, that's debatable. What cant James Ennis do the same things like Luc or Ariza.Ennis is a better shooter from 3 than Ariza, way better than Luc.

And, considering the vacuum that exists between us/GS, and the rest of the WC....Healthy w/additions..it could be easily in the 67-68 range.

 

McIntyre is another guy who just spouts narratives.

Once again shock value, he's got LeBron at 2, Spurs and Pelicans out of the playoffs. smh. He also said the Thunder would be better without Melo but said Lakers would around 49 games with the Thunder at the 4 seed they'd have less wins than they had with Melo.

 

I think they are saying we are going to lose 13 more games because the West teams got better or are more experienced.

It's amazing how quickly Ariza has gone from being a declining, almost washed up player to now being considered to be a 13-win difference player.

Are these assholes basing it on Capela not being on the team yet? Because assuming he is on the roster and we add Carmelo or someone else at the MLE, the smart bet is at 60 wins. Obviously it could be worse, but saying it will be is just pure hate. We won 65 freaking games last season and were a Paul injury or a ref **** job away from winning the championship.

This isn’t because of Luc or Ariza. They are just convenient excuses to piss on us. We could have run it back with the exact same squad and some douche on ESPN would still put us behind the Lakers.

 

Ariza was apparently an all star when they needed to say Harden was surrounded by a dream team to give Westbrook MVP.

 

They were wrong last year at about 54 wins (Sept 2017)

lol I'm sorry but no off season move made the rockets drop in the standing the Lakers may not make the playoffs and everyone else stayed the same and I cant tell me ariza is worth that many wins geez get real

 

This guy, McIntyre, is by far the worst to give an opinion on national TV. I haven't heard one take from him that I can agree with. Literally, anyone that can spout an opinion can do what he does.

Does it really matter what the media thinks? Lol. We all know they hate Houston. Considering the **** Sports Illustrated pulled when we won our championship, this ongoing hate should be no surprise to anyone. We are definitely the 2nd best team in the West and probably in the NBA.
