There is no doubt that there are black men doing more than me to help at risk young black males.

That's not my issue. The issue is overwhelmingly black people don't recognize the problem. Not only that, we fight any mention of it as you do in an effort to excuse poor blacks of dysfunction.

The sad thing is middle class educated blacks such as yourself are only worried about protecting your personal reputation. That doesn't help anyone

 

Yes there are tons of organizations within the communities targeting that. Yet rather than address any of these, you blame the breast cancer group for not speaking out against drunk driving.

 

We need more Kanye west, Terry Crews, Hershal Walkers being the voice of reason . Great people that think for themselves, individuals that are great men, great examples and hard workers wanting to do right in life

Best twitter responses : He claims that Black Lives Matter is only about addressing police brutality. This is of course untrue, and it has many other missions including abolishing the family and removing the court systems. But far be it for anyone to say it should actually address black lives.

Just to be clear, to #BlackLivesMattter not all black lives matter. Only those small % taken by cops. Not far larger amount taken by non cops. #BLM actions have increased the loss of black lives by lowering policing in minority communities leading to increased violence.

...this is like saying you have an organization called CANCERLIVESMATTER, then realizing it’s focused only on thyroid cancer lives and breast cancer, stomach cancer, skin cancer gets no mention ...this is all fine but goes against what the label they go by indicates

The issue I'm speaking of is bigger than BLM. So yes they are specifically for addressing things like police brutality. The issue is police brutality isn't as big a problem as the media makes it out to be.

I'm sick of random blacks, all celebrities, etc on television talking like it's the fifties. its disrespectful to people who lived in those times.

Secondly the he first problem with police and black males is too many of us get into trouble with the law. Police brutality while it happens is a distraction.

This is why Speak for Yourself is the best sports show. They'll also have woke people on it to push back on these types of views. It's a great conversation. Unlike ESPN where EVERYONE will agree on topics like these. ESPN is actually lucky it's backed by Disney who could afford to lose millions in an effort to push agendas.
