Massive injuries and tall point guards to start their careers, obviously.

Livingston got injured at the age of 21. Hardaway started his career at age 22. Not to mention their playing style was completely different. Hardaway was a scoring PG. Livingston was a pass first PG.

Penny could always set up Shaq and dimed jump shooters on that Magic team.

    Isn’t Livingston half-white?

Or is that too confusing for the times we live in?

    It is a little.

Few people call president Obama the first half white president. Feel like this is the part where someone include that Chappelle skit for race draft.

Shaun played 14 years in the league. 10 different teams. Three championships. Not too shabby.

I guess fair to label a journey man. For guys whose career peaked later part of their bball career: Billups, Nash, (and PJ Tucker?). He won his championships in three of his final five years. Went out on top.

    no

he is from peoria, Il, raised by a single Dad, who used to worked at a McDonald's.
he has had little contact w his birth mother, who is also from the hood in Peoria

Shaun Livingston talked of buying a MCD franchise for his Dad to run; don't know if he had follow thru
