She's the best of a sorry lot on the Dem side. Remember, this is the same person who as a Presidential candidate, did not know the name of the President of Mexico.

How do the Democrats not come up with better choices?! Unreal.

You loathe to use the system to use for change because you don't believe in the system. Its a catch 22.

Klochubar is a Noble prize winner compared to the Donald. In addition to avoiding character as a campaign issue, It’s probably best if donald and his supporters avoid intelligence as a criteria for the Oval Office.

Little orange Donald is just not mentally equipped to deal with this crisis, and it matters less and less what is happening on the Dem side of the equation. He can’t go more than a few days without another WTF moment, yet his ego can’t take being out of the spotlight. Banking on the stupidity of a lot of america continuing to support Trump is somewhat understandable, but your little Donald is crapping himself with such regularity that it may not make a difference.

Pretty hard to argue Donald Trump is not intelligent. Ivy league education, built many businesses, had a successful TV career, real estate legend, best seller author. He's very smart. You just disagree with his political positions.

if you maintain he is smart, that tells us all we need to know. Not your fault for not knowing, but there are many political positions of Donald that I don’t disagree with — I’m fiscally conservative as a general rule. My issue with Donald is that he is a low IQ, low character, self absorbed piece of human trash. He is one of the worst human beings on the planet. Publicly support trump at your own risk. You bring that stink on yourself.

How many times have we gone over this on this message board? The dude nutted out of a 413 million dollar penis, got dad to get him into UPenn, couldn't even graduate c*m laude in a undergrad business program which is supposed to be a glorified networking bed with a skate curriculum that hands out easy As, hires writers to authors to ghost write his books and those same ghost writers come out publicly saying what a insular dufus he is, bankrupted so many times and defualted on so many investment loans he has to rely on foerign banks that were fined half a billion dollars for Russian money laundering schemes to get his loans and he still defaults on them. He's such a dufus, the damn show runners of the Apprentice are ashamed of themselves for misportraying Trump as some business acumen savant when they knew he was a dufus whos boisterous narcissistic personality works really well in a Reality TV show format targeted at the lowest common denominator.

False. Objectively, he is one of the best marketers in history. Whether it's his brand of luxury hotels and resorts, his image as a business/negotiations expert, his real estate deal making, starring in highly successful television shows, and winning the Presidency in his only run for political office ever. That is remarkable, whether you hate him or not. You don't do that by being low IQ. You don't accomplish a single one of the things Trump has accomplished in life by being low IQ.

    [Important Insight]
The secret to Trump's marketing is EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. He simplifies things very well, and he repeats things over and over. While that may erroneously come through to you as low IQ, it's actually the opposite. What good is your brilliance if it's not understood? Trump makes sure his more important points are 1) Heard clearly and 2) remembered. That's the brilliance of his marketing. Most journalists are very nuanced and verbose, and as a result they reject Trump's style. But it flat out works. Trump is smarter than any of them. He is an outstanding marketer, by any measure.

I hope you too could successfully market yourself to idiots that you are a successful person if you nutted out of a 413 million dollar penis.

In life to be successful you need two of these three traits: born wealthy, high ambition, high intelligence.

You need two of those three things to be successful. Trump has the first two traits.

it helps to have inherited > $400 million, + millions more loan from a billionaire father. Donald had already inherited one million $ by age 8

proof of Trump's business ability has been his 4 or 5 bankruptcies, and the US taxpayers were burdened for his welfare.

He doesn't simplify things that are complex for layman. Proffesional educators are good at that. Trump simple 2nd grade language and explaining things with no nuance isn't out of some conscious effort to explain to the masses. It comes from the fact that the man has zero intellectual curiosity and never reads lengthy nuanced dry and dense material. Example:

Here is Trump explsining the concept of pre-existing conditions to a reporter:

"So preexisting conditions are a tough deal. Because you are basically saying from the moment the insurance, you’re 21 years old, you start working and you’re paying $12 a year for insurance, and by the time you’re 70, you get a nice plan. Here’s something where you walk up and say, “I want my insurance.” It’s a very tough deal, but it is something that we’re doing a good job of." -DJT

It's obvious from reading his explanation, he doesn't have a coherent idea of what this term means, a terms that was very important as a campaign topic in the last election that millions of Americans felt was important. Something as basic as pre-existing conditions is beyond his scope of knowledge which you expect even a high school kid to understand.

Trump had the single most loses filed for any individual American in a ten year span from the mid 80s to the early 90s and he was never anywhere close to having the most wealth in America. Most of those loses weren't his personal losses. It was losses from business expenditure from investment loans that he never repaid.

Your candidate believed that injecting disinfectant into the human body was a promising cure for COVID19.

Complaints about the democratic field really lose any meaning by comparison.

    Your candidate suggested nuking hurricanes.

There are lots of “successful” carnival barkers, snake oil salesmen, prosperity preachers ... all great marketers because they know very well who to manipulate and how. I totally agree that Trump falls in this category of people. And yep, you can be a great manipulator, liar, cheat, and be low IQ. Trump is proof. Again, praise these abilities and “successes” at your peril.

What, no words to support his high moral character? Or are we gonna hear nobody’s perfect and weak dribble like that?

No words to say he isn’t a self absorbed narcissist?

    Nah, don’t bother.

I don't disagree that he's a narcissist. Most geniuses are. Some may accuse The_Conquistador of same.

Challenge for all of you: Can you admit that someone on the other side of the political aisle is intelligent? Can you do that? Because if you can't, then you need to take a step back and re-assess.

Ya, easy. Mitt Romney, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio etc.

I disagree with most of their policy decisions also.

    Trump is a dumbass.
