BUT, now we won't have to worry about repeater tax for the rest of Harden and WB's contracts, AND we have the full MLE this summer to add a major piece to this squad... AND the team is better now than it was, plus we have more depth now... Daryl continues to be the freaking man!
Very unlikely they have the "Full MLE" but the taxpayer version - I posted the math on this in another thread. For them to use the full version , they have to move one of their mid sized contracts while taking back less by about $6m to remain below the apron level of $145m and meet roster requirements.
They have 4.5 mil and they still wont try and get someone.......ok this is crazy. I want to tell Tillman he is a ****ing cheapskate but this is a better team than at this point last year.........
Yeah fair. But what about a 2nd year of about $4M with no option for either side (or however much $ we have to avoid the tax seeing that we’re not going to use it anyway) I know you could say he wouldn’t take it but again, he couldn’t get that last summer and was unsigned for quite some time.

Yes it’s only one game, but when we’re in a 4th quarter in an important game, and trying to build some momentum and Jeff Green takes it upon himself to jack up a three rather than reset the play by passing it back to Russ...don’t be surprised to get no playing time in the playoffs.

I thought he had a few nice defensive possessions including a few blocks. They left him in alongside RoCo at one point, and that three he hit was in a perfectly timed big basket. Funny how I saw the opposite tonight.

I think the Rockets need to thank this board, I remember so many of us asking for Morey to sign Green, we just sent that positive energy and willed it. Or Morey used his account here and just read our arguments, cries and screams haha
