Rangers manager went on MLB Radio talking about how "weak" the Astros penalty was.... "they only lost TWO draft picks". He said his friends in Houston must now explain to their kids that the Astros "cheated the game". Yet he made zero mention of baseball's long history cheating. Then a host said, "Astros did ALL the wrong, ALL the wrong". Guess he really meant, "Astros did ALL the wrong, ALL the wrong, except what the other teams did"." It's so non-masculine to ingore facts that don't help one's narrative.
Chris Woodward was the Dodgers third-base coach in 2017. He’s not an unbiased party in this matter, and I could careless what he thinks the Astros‘ punishment should have been.
Y’all realize the MLB deep down enjoys this - no one is EVER talking about baseball like this before October. Casual fans will now be tuning in more often to games like Hou/NYY.
