Heard the same thing about Lewis last year. Bad example but we can't forget Jacoby fumbling in the playoffs at Baltimore. It takes a lot for fans to forget plays like that in the playoffs.
I was thinking the same thing - how many of those "meh"s are rooted in his non-play against Baltimore a few years ago...
Lewis was just meh though, just like the folks in KC said he was. We are just too used to bad safeties in this town. Lewis as the 3rd safety would be nice depth, but there's a reason he was signed for the minimum last year and why the Texans don't want to pay him more than that this year.

i think it's a decent pick up, but for some reason, i thought he was much older than 25. now that i found out he's young, i like the pick up even more.

Texans definitely could have afforded that. He went to the Ravens for the chance to start, not the money.
