Team can’t have that mentality once Clint comes back ....they have to team rebound and find bodies even when he is in there

I think rebounding is a habit, Harden is right most if the time they just look at Capela to get it. Now everyone has to track it.

Not sure how this will cause fatigue to the team tho when you constantly have to try to rebound over taller players

    Exactly.

    Here's what MDA said post-game
    https://www.chron.com/sports/rockets/article/Danuel-House-rebound-key-Rockets-Pelicans-15024789.php

The Rockets have sought all season to be more determined about gang rebounding. The small lineups, D’Antoni said, could force them to think that way.

“It should heighten their senses to be aware of that,” D’Antoni said. “Yeah, that’s where we get beat. They are more diligent about boxing out, things you should do all the time. As we go forward, just because we play a big, are you going to go back into bad habits? That could be a problem.”

Along with Sefolosha waking up -- he was active/long on defense -- and low turnovers two games in a row, relearning focus are the positives. Can't live this short, but we can remember how to play better as a team, in areas we need no matter what the lineup is.

Clint may not be coming back but could not agree more. Team rebounding is a must.

WB was probably the best thing that happened to this team... he rebounds and attacks... everyone rebounds and attacks. I think he was always the only person that could check Harden since he was Alpha dog back in OKC... Harden could never really fullfill that role. He was still that 6th man mentality. I was wrong about WB.. this crow tastes delicious. I'll gladly eat it as a fan to enjoy a championship for the second time in my lifetime.

At least Harden admits it. Yeah House clearly got the message, which is why I didn’t mind the missed threes as much. Glad he made that last one.

Good stuff, makes me more positive about this whole stretch. Also hope this means bye bye Capela, as much as I appreciate the guy.

Okay, thats why we need to have CC dealt or sit him for games for now.
That speaks well for his recent tweak on rotation and game plan.

MDA have made up his mind getting all in for small ball (Renaissance the glory of his old day in Phoenix) which relies heavily on team rebounds, team defence, ball movement and everybody handling ball.

If Daniel House is going to be our best rebounder going forward
    That’s not good

Nice homer take. "We will win the championship even if we get out-rebounded throughout the Playoffs." Seems like a bold strategy.

Rockets have played smallball 3 times and won all 3 games.

Guess how many of those games they were outrebounded? You are struggling here so I will help you this one time - 1 game.

Rockets smallball outrebounded both Jazz and Mavs.

There was bound to be a loss. Did you expect to win every single game going forward?

What does that say about you and your silly expectations?
