I’m a little intrigued with Anthony Weaver only because he played for and coached under Rex Ryan hopefully he will bring the same aggressive mentality as well.

A exotic blitz here or there would be nice.

Knowing the Texans, they will get rid of all the lower no name coaches and keep the problem.

Agreed. If Kris Richard isn’t a DC somewhere, he needs to be passing game coordinator here

In this article it says that Romeo Crennel is considering retirement.

Meanwhile, sources say Texans veteran defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel is still contemplating his plans and whether to retire or return. If Crennel decides to move on, Texans defensive line coach Anthony Weaver is regarded as a top in-house candidate to succeed him.

“I’m excited! We upgraded our coaching staff. BOB needs a chance to coach with guys he is comfortable with. We are a Super Bowl contender!”

Huge. When I think of the Texan's problems this season, John Pagano was top of my list. Everyone else on the coaching staff was doing such a great job, but Pagano was singlehandedly holding the rest of them back.

Should be a good year next year for the Texans. I am now back on the bandwagon.
