    I get all of the O’Brien hate, I really do, but as I’ve said before, somehow this team wins and it’s really not fair to crush him for the mistakes and not give him any credit for the bottom line. It’s usually ugly, but they have had a better year than I expected them to have. Lucky? Probably so. But still, a win is a win I guess. I’m rarely confident in this team, and statistically they aren’t as good as their record, but there is absolutely no way the man gets fired right now. For better or worse, Bill’s going to remain the guy around here for a long time as long as they continue winning and people keep going to the games.

    And that's the problem.

    The goal is to win a Super Bowl.

    BOB is the sales guy who just makes quota every year. He'll NEVER be the overachiever nor will he ever reach the top of the mountain.

    He is who is and the real problem is (and has been) ownership.
