Their small ball game is GOOD. Theyve been getting so much contact hitting at the right time its ridiculous this post season, its ridiculous. I was hoping them having a week off with the sweep wouldve cooled those bats off, but not looking like it.

 

Whatever happens, they’ve got to grind out long ABs against Strasburg and get into the pen. That may be the best chance.

 

We have to score runs. 2 ****ing runs shouldn’t feel like 15. Especially after the top of the first. Verlander can still come out of this with a great start if we give him some support.
