    Is shark fin soup now a thing of the past since the Yao campaign? How has the culture responded to the bad press about killing endangered species for medicinal reason? has it changed the culture over there?

    tiger pennies and bone are very very rare now ,we eat them all .but shark fin are still popular ,wild china tiger has disappear for decades .ironicly ,chinese believed tiger are evil animal ,and the communist government kill all wild tigers after 1949

    actually ,they are flying sharks.but local chinese never seen a shark ,they thought it is tiger.
    our history book describe Mao and his commuinist party are national protector and save china (but in fact not .Chiang kai shek and his KMT party fight with japan).
    Korean War is a big affair in chinese history textbook .every chinese knows it .and a lots of movie and music ,book involve in Korean war.
    our goverment claim we are victory and defeat US,protect china again....
    too many chinese young guy died in Korean ,the gov didn't tell us how many .
    they died for kim il-sung

    China has 1/2 of the world's breeding pigs, and is by far the largest consumer of pork in the world. How has the outbreak of African Swine Flu, which has caused China to destroy up to 50% (Chinese govt says 25%, outside observers say it's higher), affected prices or supply? Have you noticed any other repercussions?
