They at least look like they have an idea of what they want to do at the plate tonight.

No. I'm still going to watch all the games and hope I'm wrong. I don't tell people whether they can't be fans or not because they lean towards pessimism or optimism.

Stop wasting your posts on tell people to stop being fans because you disagree with their mindset.

We already called this in the Tampa series. None of your pitchers are going to throw shutouts against the Yankees. You're not going to beat the Yankees with 1 run.

inability of the offense to string any kind of offense together is putting so much pressure on the pitchers to be perfect. Which no1 can be....This is solely on the lack of offense.

You cant strand runners like that. Not against this team. We will get swept easily if we keep choking with men on.

JV induced a terrible swing by Gardner for strike-1

They have been on base every inning pretty much.

It's just the inability now to get those guys across, but really, if they keep getting traffic I expect a big hit, still the entire game left.

JV has more or less made one mistake and the yanks are up 2-1. Yankees pitching has made multiple mistakes including multiple hits and walks and all we can do is bring in one. The bats need to wake the f up or this will be a really short series, regardless of how well JV and Cole pitch.

He should never had walked Lemahieu. He was up 0-2 and threw four straight balls.
