    Yet another miserable offensive performance in the playoffs from a supposedly all time great lineup. It might be enough for regular season accolades,, but you need game changers for trophies, to spark an entire offense, and Trout is that guy. No weaknesses, no way to pitch around, just a dominant, dominant player on a terrible, terrible team that will never sniff the playoffs. A team that is shooting up in a warehouse right now as part of their losing culture.

    I don't see the Angels taking Altuve's contract, but the Astros have the young assets and a desireable filler in Greinke to give the Angels fan base false hope they have life again.

    Even @Mr.Scarface thinks this thread is an over reaction.

    Trout has won zero playoff games in his career.

    Astros are winning this series in 7 games.

    OVer reaction? Kind of like when I was the only one aggressively pushing to trade Giles for over a year... and then it finally happened.

    This team has needed trout for a while.. it's never more doable than this offseason. There have been too many playoff duds offensively for this mcuh talent, so you need a day in, day out game changer.

    It's a small sample size but Trout has been pretty shitty in the postseason.

    Let's say Trout hits four home runs today but all were solo homers since no one could get on base to save their lives.
    They're still losing this game if my advanced math is correct. And If I'm L.A I have to consider what kind of beer are they sending?

    I don't want Mike "I'm making $400 million dollars, but I sit home every year because I can't carry my team to the playoffs" Trout. Mike Trout is a player that puts up numbers on a bad team because their no pressure on him. It shocks me he gets no criticism.

    Um, no they don't Trout is overrated. Puts up numbers, his team finishes 26+ games behind in the division.

    Astros are in serious trouble bro... Cole won them that last series. Without Marwin’s clutch hitting, they stand no chance. Altuve, Springer. and Gurriel are the only clutch hitters on this team. And 2 out of those three are in an untimely slump.
