This whole ‘Morey event’ started to die down in China, not because of the fans but as usual controlled by the government.

Other social Chinese medias also starting to remove any NBA related discussion, posts and video from their trending charts.

Well the diehard fans whose ‘deeply offended by Morey’ that the tweet was about ‘fight for freedom’ now actually are learning what freedom is all about, regardless you are brainwashed or not and you are supporting the CCP or the free world, you are still being treated like a piece of sh’t because that’s how it works for living in mainland China.

We both know that PRC had considered to occupy Taiwan. But it did not happen because of many other factors. The position of PRC has always been that Taiwan had been part of China and ROC was illegitimate from the very beginning. That position has been accepted internationally by many other countries after the PRC replaced ROC in UN. It is up to you whether you agree with the PRC's position or not personally. Of course if you make the opposite position public then you would be against the law of PRC.

Army is set up in Taiwan because the ROC government has always considered themselves a sovereign country and has acted as so.
