Very angry to hear that the Raptors signed Matt Thomas away from the Rockets and 790. I am seriously considering to cancel my league pass now.
Other than OG, I like Devin Robinson (6-8, 7-1 wingspan) at 3/4 and Chris Boucher (6-10, 7-4 wingspan) at 4/5. Oshae Brissett and Sagaba Konate are 2 way candidates with interesting upside.
Pascal will not be available at any point in time, so the only wing player that interests me even just a little is OG...the rest are on “Who?” or scrub status I am also interested in Ibaka, but who would we be sending out to match his salary in a trade? He’s making 23 mil this year. Gasol’s salary is also significant...25 mil
Welp, does anyone doubt that Raptors end of bench is more talented than Rockets' end of bench? Our scrubs blew a 17 point lead.
Sure, but does it really matter tho? I’m just not interested in 11th-15th man additions...the addition of guys who will only get PT in preseason or during blowouts. OG? Yeah, I’m interested. Everyone else not named Ibaka or Gasol? Nah. Gimme guys that can be legit rotation players on a team looking to contend.
Aside for Siakam which seems like is not available anyway (and at this point we wouldn't have the assets anyway), the only guy i really like is Terence Davis, dude played a single good/great game with the Nuggets in summer league and the Raptors quicly signed him, i think they found a pretty good player.
