It was damn close and might’ve been. The first and only look we saw I thought it was slightly off the plate.

Kiermaier's been taking lessons from Jim Edmonds, I see.

That's 3 so far that were a micrometer from being HRs.

I do like having Correa back at short. And he got a hit!

Damn. We've had a few warning track flyouts now. Just a little bit more on those.....

I do not get taking a 2-1 fastball right down the middle.

Glasnow is getting a little wild. Might be fatigue since he has been on pretty strict pitch count limits recently.

Feels like the Astros are going to get to him eventually. But, man, so many pitches right down the middle. I can see how that would be deceptive when you would never expect it, but still, he's been doing this the whole game.

Carlos Correa and taking strikes right down the middle - a tradition unlike any other.

This game would be better with A. Rod and that very handsome Jessica Mendoza

If I was an Astros hitter I would just be sitting fastball down the middle every pitch, eventually someone has to square one up you would think.

I haven't seen him enough to have a hypothesis, but he's obviously doing something (other than being tall and closer to the plate) that prevents the hitters from picking up the ball.

People complain about Joe Buck while Albert-Girardi-Pierzynski exist

Whatever you want to say about Pierzynski...Girardi is so much of a ****ing Tampa fan it's disgusting and borderline unlistenable. If I could get Ford and Sparks where I'm at I'd have this bullshit on mute long ago.
