Trump wipes his ass with the American flag by selling out the country to foreign leaders - Repubs love it. Black man kneels during during Anthem and they scream bloody murder.

All the Republicans on this board voted third party (allegedly) though they do support, actively and through omission, the current mafioso in office. Except @mick fry , he definitely voted mafioso. o_O

They don't want socialism... open borders... gun confiscations... those are good starting points.

Socialism, BUUUUT Trump helped some farmers.. yea yea real socialist utopia...

Honestly Republicans are factions though. They don't all want the same thing. Same as the Dems. When Trump is done, then you'll see the Republicans fracture amid a power vacuum, the same as the Dems are experiencing after Hurricane Hilary. Trump is like cheap duct tape... stretching to contain a party that was already in such an internal battle. Before Trump, it was widely known that the party was having its own little civil war. I don't see the underlying issues as resolving at the moment, but of course that could change if they all see a common enemy like a host of DNC nominees touting insane rhetoric about open borders, reparations, gun confiscation, UBI, and other wild, loony nonsense. That would likely unite the factions of the right though really just to vote against such policies. Those factions will always exist. The left is struggling because it can't put aside their differences. The battle is raging for them because they have very emotional factions all vying for control. Nancy Pelosi has a lot of work to do if she's gonna stay on top of it all.

Kicking Grandma off of her social security and Medicare is a real political winner, especially in Florida.

This article highlights what I’ve been saying these past few weeks that most folks in my tribe don’t understand about Trumpers.

They support Trump because they’ve been convinced that Democrats and liberalism is such an existential threat to their way of life that they are ECSTATIC that someone is willing to break the law and do everything he can to fight liberalism.

Dachudas post above about guns and socialism or whatever is a lie... it’s about a culture war with a perception of societal change. Dachuda supports Trump because he will break the law to fight liberals, not despite it.

I feel sorry for them and the millions of Americans who have such unhappy lives to allow for that embrace of lawlessness because of a feeling of desperation.

I also feel sorry for them. They have been conned into believing something that just isn't true. Their pride prevents them from even considering to change their mind about anything, even when the truth is right in front of them. No one likes to admit to being the victim of a con artist.

Is there? The overwhelming majority of Republicans voted for and support President Trump. Last I looked it was over 90%.

yes, its so very "conservative" to start a trade war that hurts american farmers and then use our taxpayer dollars to bail out farmers hurt by said trade war.

protectionist trade policies, farm subsidies, tariffs...none of this is free-market capitalist. and you trump suck-ups are so brainwashed that you actually think this is conservative economic policy. its straight up socialist/bernie sanders/communist ecomonic policy and you trump butt-kissers LOVE IT. just shows that yall dont care at all about conservative economic principles...all you care about it how far you can stick your noses up trumps ass.

also, the farm subsidies have been used to prop up large-scale corporate farms over the little guy.

as far as gun confiscations...your god trump is the one who called for it. but none of you trump butt-kissers want to talk about that do you?

If a person contributes to SS and Medicare, regardless if its a (poorly) managed government program, they are entitled to it.

Regardless of opinion, entitlements that are not earned is a completely different discussion.

    Earned socialism is good and
    unearned socialism is bad.

    Got it.
