I think if the Yankees get the 2nd seed, too many on their side are totally overlooking the Twins. They may not have the arms but their offense is legit. Their focus is solely on Houston.

I agree. Snell Morton Glasnow chirinos and that bullpen. I’d much rather play CLE and even Oak

Magic # is 5 for the AL homefield and 4 for the WS homefield advantage.

Man it sucked that they dropped the game on Saturday. They are still in the driver seat though.

Also rooting for chaos for the Wild Card. A tie for the the 2nd Wild Card spot or even better a 3 way tie for the 2 spots. Get some play in games followed by the Wild Card game so they burn their 2 best starting pitchers.

Hmmm. Maybe. But I dont want our guys sitting too long without playing waiting around for something like you mention. Too much time off can be as bad as too little.

OK, good. Thought extended WC games might push our ALDS schedule.

Probably going to Rays Yankees tomorrow. Who do you want me to root for? All their starters to suffer month long hamstring injuries?

Have to root for the Rays... we can use the homefield advantage.

Maybe root for Morton to pull his back walking into the dugout and for Chapman to start randomly firing his gun into the air.

I'm really fearful of the ALDS matchups, especially the A's. I'M AFRAID OK!! I SAID IT!

It's always a risk for Morton to pull his back lugging those huge balls all over the place.

Haven't paid much attention to other teams this year. Does Tampa still do that reliever for 1-2 innings before putting in the starter thing?

If you begin to panic, or have anxiety attacks about the playoff matchups, just remember that Vikings used to give out kittens as wedding gifts. That should calm you down.

Do t know about their reliever but Snell started last night and only lasted 1.2 inns. Threw almost 60 pitches but gave up only 1 run. The relievers gave up 3 runs (by 1 pitcher) rest of the game and beat Boston 7-4. Fortunately for everyone that’s playing against the Red Sox, that team folded after losing to the Yanks 3 out of 4 games at home few weeks back.

Go Rays and beat them damn Yankees today and tomorrow night!!!
