Hard to find keto alcohol. James isn't drinking that Skinny Girl.

Stop hating. Harden is in better shape than a world champion boxer.

Thanks bro - I did some searching and found this - https://www.ruled.me/ketogenic-diet-and-alcohol/.

I have seen the effects of heavy drinking, even with lo/no carb drinks. For one, it's hard to lose weight when you drink a lot. For Harden's condition, it definitely matters what he normally drinks and how much he consumes in a typical day.

    James is in shape.

I know it seems like anti-common sense , but you can’t just look at body fat percentage and determine how “in shape” a person is .

It’s all about what’s best for his given sport .

I’m sure James could run 10 miles a day and eat smaller portions and look more ripped .... but it’s not what will make him the most effective athlete .

I know out-of-shape looking dudes who are absolutley stronger and have more endurance than ripped dudes .

I was just watching the US open women’s highlights . In fact with women’s tennis in general ..., you used to see a bunch of skinny quick girls , now all of them are huge . They traded a little quickness for power .

James’ game demands some extra cushion

For sure. I was mostly messing around. I suspect that he has or will have a personal chef or dietician that would give him better advice than I ever could.

For me, drinking is a pretty rare thing. One marg or bourbon a week, at most. Someday, I imagine I will drop alcohol altogether - as well as caffeinated coffee. I don't have any clinical knowledge or scientific research in my back pocket on this, but I assume having no (or very limited) uppers (caffeine, etc) or downers (alcohol, etc) would be beneficial.

Maybe he's bulking up to add more low-post offense to his game.

You can't not love EGo. He's a great player, teammate, role model and humanitarian. I hope he retires a Rocket. #Rocket4Life
