Boogie Cousins is the most overrated "star" in the league... Not even top 15.

    Rubio is garbage.

No modern team like the Warriors Cavs and now houston would touch Rubio or rondo with a 10 ft poll.

The game is changing before our eyes. Guys like them are going to become extinct. You got to be a threat to shoot the ball at least at avg. efficiency.

look at bev in MDA system? The guy is practically putting up mil Conley numbers with less usage and for 80% less money with better d and rebounding.

Against the Suns are 3 guards combined for 69 points and 26 assist. That's insane and we're getting close to that production nightly.

That's because we have Harden. Without Harden, Beverley would just be a better version of Toney Douglas in MDA's offense. And not many teams have a Harden type that plays PG from the SG/SF position.

I see Cousins as a borderline top 15 player right now so no problem with the thread title.
His defence comes and goes, his effort is not consistent, he doesn't make anyone else better and his turnover rate is huge. Plus absolutely no leadership qualities.

However after the new CBA the trade rumours should stop because he would be incredibly idiotic to pass on the designated veteran player extension.

i like his defense even his 3pt shooting is not that bad..but he needs to take ONLY wide wide open 3s from now on

in the paint he still has some moves but hes rushing the shots and lacking confidence perhaps he has no athleticism anymore... i just hope its lack of in game practice that is rust

Not that I had him as a lock for top 15 back then but it only took 4.5 years including a torn Achilles and a torn ACL for you to be ‘right’. Congrats?

    (Rose/Yao/Tmac/Roy) Sucks!

    *career-ending injuries*

See! Look at how trash he is!

But yeah Cousins isn't an NBA player anymore, he's incapable of scoring a shot at the rim which is kind of insane considering his size and his past skills, but hey, career. ending injuries will do that to you

My arguments from back then were factual and valid before the injuries

My arguments were supported by facts about his game... I mentioned a lot about his inefficient play and poor defense.
