Gallo is way too good/valuable to be in this discussion, but he would be my top choice among those listed. Iggy, Marvin, Favors, Crowder and Markieff would all be fantastic additions. All are rotation-worthy and fit some form of a need. Additionally, I’ve long been a proponent of MKG. The fit isn’t obvious given his limitations, but this guy belongs on an NBA roster with his ability to check all five positions. Would fit our switch-heavy scheme very well, and has logged minutes as a small-ball five. He has the chops to defend elite players at a high level.
Too good to be true. It won't happen. If I were a owner, I am not going to spend any money. I want buyout guys only. I want all buyout guys as a team in your list. Income $200 million Payroll 20 Million Danilo Gallinari, OKC, SF Derrick Favors, NOP, PF Evan Turner, ATL, SF Andre Iguodala, MEM, SF Marcus Morris, NYK, PF Marvin Williams, CHA, PF Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, CHA, SF Solomon Hill, MEM, SF John Henson, CLE, PF Davis Bertans, WAS, SF Jae Crowder, MEM, SF Markieff Morris, DET, PF Patrick Patterson, OKC, PF
There is no way Jae Crowder is getting bought out. His salary is low enough that a contender could easily trade for him.
I will buyout guys additional $10 million dollars each more than any other team's offer on the following year because I have big cap room.
When Brewer was with the team a few years ago, he was the worst player in the rotation and I was happy when he was traded. But he can be annoying on defense and can hit the 3... The team needs forwards who can 3 and D...Brewer will come cheap and should help.
Brewer is in that small group of players that when he was with the Rockets I would yell "Pass!" at the TV every time he touched the ball. I'm can already foresee myself banging my head against the wall with Westbrook, so adding Brewer might cause me permanent brain damage.
Except there’s a team salary floor you have to go above, and that if you keep doing this your income won’t be good.
