    You can't re-write HISTORY

ROCKETS WON TWO BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONSHIPS WITH LES ALEXANDER AS OWNER

ALL OTHER OWNERS COMBINED = ZERO, NADA, ZILCH

I’m glad Tilman erased Les off the Toyota center mural

Les has his mug painted bigger than Hakeem

His head was so big it was like Charlie Brown

Les had his issues, but at least he never sold a first round pick for cash and Iman Shumpert.

He shafted Barkley for three million
Can you imagine if it was Harden he shafted and then Harden got a job on tnt and dissed the rockets for 10 years about how he got shafted?

Nothing can compare to the bad publicity we got on tnt

He forced Morey to sign Lin—a poison pill contract in fact—and then when we need cap room to make a run at Bosh we had to attach a first to Lin just to get rid of him. I believe that pick ended up being Kuzma.

Les also signed off on that Anderson contract too which IIRC started the chain of events where we had to use a 1st to get rid of Knight and bring back Shumpert.

    Not sure if serious.

I'll give Les credit for #2 for having the guts to trade for Drexler.

Those are the kind of moves that you forget about eventually. The uniform/logo change lives on forever.

The Lin thing didn’t work out, but he had some upside. There was at least a chance at it being more than just a cash thing. Not Les’s best moment but not dreadful like the Knight trade. The reason Dragic was not signed was because Morey wouldn’t give the player option.

Blame the general manager for signings like Ryno, Swift, and Cato. That’s not an ownership decision. Avoiding luxury tax is purely on ownership.

I’m glad Les sold the team and he should have left the championships to our city that he never cared about

Team first like when your team in Houston won two championships
You don’t put the trophies in Florida
