Are you watching it? Tuned in at the start of the ninth, wild inning. Close call at the plate, glad he was called safe. Call could have gone either way, whatever the original call was has to stand. Chapman loaded the bases with two outs, but punched out Meadows. Free baseball in the Trop. Go Rays!

Yep. Yankees are really something. Hopefully we can somehow take the top seed, we REALLY need that.

60 games remaining with 32 left against teams over .500. Now this could change since both LAA and TEX are both over .500 at the moment.

NYY have 63 games remaining with 39 games against teams over .500. They have 11 games left with the Red Sox, 6 games against Oakland, and 3 games against the Dodgers.

Fangraphs is now showing Houston and the Yankees should both finish with the same amount of wins at 101. I'm feeling more confident that Houston should finish the season with the best record in the AL.

If we finish with the same record, we own the tiebreaker by virtue of winning the season series. That was great, could REALLY come in handy.

Rangers now 14 games back and no longer in any sort of race (division or wild card)

Wouldn’t be surprised if the Indians win the central easily.

I guess all those previously afraid of the Rangers now afraid of the A’s?

Blake Snell having his elbow scoped. Sucks for the Rays, he'd pitched great his last 4 starts. Rays are hoping he can come back in September.

If the score holds up, Houston will be two games back of the Yankees for the best record in the AL. Need the Red Sox to get hot this weekend against them.

Right now the yankees are better. The Astros must fix the back end of the rotation and stop stranding so many runners in scoring position. Now that they are Healthy I expect the Astros to improve on the latter.

Disagree. The Yankees pitching woes are far greater than the Astros, and I think hitting also goes to the Astros. The Yankees strength is their bullpen, but it is negated by their starters to a much greater degree than the Astros. Just my opinion of course, but I think the Astros beat the Yankees 4 games to one.

    The Rays are in trouble.

    Boston is looking dangerous too.

55 games left... Houston needs to go 32-23 the rest of the way to get 100 wins. They have a crap ton of games left with the division.

36-19 to get to 104 and a team record 2 years in a row. Let’s do this!

Yankees still have 6 games left with Boston, three games with the Dodgers, 6 games with Oakland, 4 games with Cleveland, and two games with TB.

Did they forget we had the hardest schedule at the beginning of the year?
