Funny how media makes harden out to be a selfish typical diva when he’s never screwed over his teams always given credit to teammates etc.

Then you got the media slobbering all over Leonard like he’s the second coming of Jesus cause he’s “different”. Dude has a huge ego, and wants the money the praise and the credit, and is about himself first. He’s an awesome player, clutch no doubt, but I see this guy getting praised for the same behaviors guys like lebron would’ve gotten eviscerated for

Yup we are. All the super stars out there are overly concerned about their image, forcing management into difficult decisions etc.

Harden lets management do their thing and focuses on improving HIMSELF (up 6 points). Sure he games the system but he’s doing it for the team. (Ie we are winning with his “ugly” style) You can argue he’s being selfless, not afraid to be hated by the rest of the league because all that matters to him is HIS team and HIS city. For part of his own fan base to jump at a chance to dump this guy for “load management Leonard” is a bit sad and in poor taste IMO.

    Agreed 100%.

The basketball Gods now need to let House/Clark/Stein develop to their max potential so we are ready to roll! :D

Loyalty to Rockets, Are you kidding? James Harden is a good player, he joined rockets only for more money, not championship or anything else.

He also joined for the city of Houston. He could have went to numerous places.

Also, he isn't a good player, he is an NBA legend in his basketball prime, repping H-Town.

After Yao and T-Mac I'm just glad we got a main guy that's still relatively healthy heading into his 8th season with us. And that no matter how bad things get (barring he himself going down), Harden will find a way to get us into the playoffs.

Are you out of you’re mind? Just a couple of years ago he could have got the super-max offer from any team he wanted but chose to stay here. Put a lid on it. Good player? Maybe the best or at the worst a top 5 offensive player of this generation is a good player?

I think I had enough discussions.
just a little correction to your post. Super-max can only be offered by his own team, not any other teams.

Don't jinx us with this. Harden could easily demand to be traded before the deadline.

I'm not sure what you are saying these organizations would "do"? I am saying don't mistake loyalty for preferring having a max contract, complete control, and an offense that is run through you on every possession.

Doesn’t complain, doesn’t cause drama, doesn’t ask for help, doesn’t take shots at the team or teammates. The man just balls. The man just fking balls.

Already #2 Rocket all time with another 5 years of elite level ball left.
