Rockets just needed a little luck. I guess a little more than GSW not having Durant and Cousins.

Did you watch Cousins play in the Finals? He's a big reason they lost. Dude was absolutely garbage. Couldn't even jump 1 inch off the floor for rebounds. Got blocked left and right, stalled their ball movement and was horrendous on defense. Kept trying to bully his way to the basket. Vanvleet pick and roll on cousins led to like 4 threes in the fourth quarter of game 6 alone..

The rockets wished Cousins played. If we had a little luck he would have played. He's a better matchup for Clint than Draymond that's for sure. Clint would have beat him down the court 100 times and got easy dunks the way he was moving.

He's a big name but he's never won anywhere he goes for good reason.

And you act like KD didn't average like 40 points the first 5 games.

    Cousins would destroy Capela easily.

And Cousins played well in last 2 games.

I am okay with Cousins taking inefficient long two pointers against Capela, That Cousins you saw in the finals that couldn't even get around ibaka or Siakam could not destroy anyone. He looked like a shell of himself and it also plays perfectly for the Rockets. The warriors motion offense and making people switch is the most efficient offense of all time and they went away from that to slow grind it out offense. 4 guys standing aroung watching cousins pound the ball means everyone else is resting on defense.

Played well last two games?? All i saw him do in game 6 was miss a bunch of crucial free throws and get schooled fred vanvleet. Imagine Cousins getting switched onto Harden, rockets woulda swept the Warriors the way he was moving.

Looney was killing the Rockets, cuz he is way more active, if we swapped him for cousins we probably win the series.

Morey never talks about injuries.... Beside CP3's yearly injury the team was relatively healthy and was spared of major injuries.

I am not sure this will continue every year.

Say what? When Harden was in his 30 point streak, CP was out, then Gordon was out, then Capela went out. Even Harden missed a few games early season. Pretty sure every important player on our team was hurt except PJ tucker.

Heck even our coach caught a virus and missed 2 weeks.

They all got ready for the playoffs, except those two viral strains in the body of Capela.

After the ASW Break, the team got on a roll and was healthy as far as I know.

All the major injuries happened way before the playoffs. MDA got an illness but got back pretty soon.

Sorry but 2 ACL tears within a week, that is major and freakish.

I have never been more optimistic about the next season than i am now. Not because of the Warriors injuries. But because I believe the next version of this team is going to be the best of the Harden era.

I cannot wait for the draft and to see where we are headed next season.

West being open, that is a catchy phrase.

Half of the West is going to contend for the playoffs.

At this point I'm just tired of Morey's bravado. Sometimes it's better to just move in silence like Gs in lasagna than to talk, talk, talk.
