If Lakes get toronto kawhi leonard, it will change the lanscape of the NBA. AD and Lebron will not win title if just those two.
In the long run it seems to be that way but if Zion is as injury prone as AD was then the trade was just a little better. All dependent on whom they get with the 4th pick. The Rockets would have given up 4-5 picks but lesser picks.

Semi related. If the Lakers got picks 1-3 in this draft instead of the 4th - did they need to give that up to some other team as part of a previous trade? I thought they did, but my brother's telling me they didn't.
Was just thinking about the Spurs, they have to be kinda depressed seeing the difference between what they got for Kawhi (which is the best player) and this.
Don't hyperbole it though, Cousins wasn't even playing in the series and was not performing like an All-Star when he did play in the post-season. Matchups will be a factor after we see what the Lakers add.
