It's not about the trade itself which is good for NOLA imo, it's the fact that the Lakers magically got the 4th pick, the bullshit Lebron and Paul worked over the year...

If Anthony Davis waives his trade kicker, they will have (correction) ALMOST a max cap slot. If they have any sense whatsoever, they will go for a 3rd star locked on a reasonable contract that makes their cap manageable for a long time. Bradley Beal would fit perfectly, and they can acquire him for Kuzma and still have $14m to play with, plus the room exception, plus minimum contracts.

More likely they try to secure Butler or Kemba.

F'ing Lakers man. Now they'll never die.

Can't blame NOLA, that's a hell of a return for a guy who's walking in a year. They are well on their way to rebuilding. Would be stupid to keep Holiday, which is what they've been acting like they're going to do.

Ariza back to the Lakers on a 1-year deal is an inevitability.

Btw, Chris Paul for Kuzma works straight up if Davis waives his trade kicker. I pray to god the Lakers are that stupid.

Lakers have probably the best PnR duo in the league right now.

All they need is shooters from the 1 and 2 spot and they’re set.

Yes but do you know basketball? It comes with salaries and stuff, and then you can get things from other teams. They call them "trades" or "signings". It's really cool.

I wonder if Rich Paul thinks it's a good idea for Davis to throw $4m away like that for the sake of the "team".

Some BS man all of a sudden the Pels change their stance and trade him to LA after saying they wouldn't and don't even end up getting Kuzma...wish the league would ban this trade

It was foolish to think the Lakers were going to be trash forever.

LOOOOOL You think Silver was going to let teams like Toronto win Championships? He is trying to get another super team in there quick.
