I've been watching them. Although they're definitely tilted toward a more casual audience, I'm still learning stuff from them. Just having all the stuff about the Von Erichs laid out like that was helpful because they've had so much crap to go through that it always confused me.
The Von Erich one is what made me post that. Wow. I grew up with that stuff, but haven't cared in 20 years. Can't remember the Jake Roberts documentary, but that one was so sad too.
AEW will be on TNT this fall. Press release is hyping up a more athletic style with wins and losses being tracked, analysis of moves, and "real sports analytics" (Morey approves!).
Another former wrestler dead - Ashley Massaro, 39. https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/former-wwe-superstar-ashley-massaro-dead-39
Not the best in ring performer but she was hot and heard good things about her as a person. Wanted to meet up for a pic at past Wrestlecons but would appear on the days I wasn't there. Gone so young and with a daughter too. RIP+

I’ve seen some matches from Kylie Rae when she wrestled for Booker T’s Reality Of Wrestling show. Also, Fallah Bahh (another R.O.W. alum) is in Impact Wrestling. It’s great to see them both make it to the big leagues in pro wrestling.
Hangman vs PAC ended up happening in Nottingham, England but won’t happen at Double or Nothing. I guess some issue that wasn’t worked out. This match was great. Hangman is a future star. Hope he gets a new match vs someone this weekend
Yeah, I think Hangman is the guy to watch at AEW. It seems like they're grooming him to be the champ. What I read is that the original plan was for PAC to win at Double or Nothing, which would mean he'd get a title shot vs. Kenny Omega at a future show, which he would lose, but since PAC is still Dragon Gate champion, it was felt either by him or Dragon Gate that it would improper for him to lose while holding the belt, so they scrapped the whole angle and they'll probably work something out in the future after he's lost his belt. Hangman will supposedly have a big mystery opponent at Double or Nothing to make up for not having this match.
AEW announced the winner of Omega/Jericho will face the winner of the Casino Battle Royal at a future event for the AEW championship
Spoiler: NXT TakeOver: XXV Card is set NXT Championship Johnny Gargano (c) vs Adam Cole NXT Women’s Championship Shayna Baszler (c) vs lo Shirai NXT North American Championship The Velveteen Dream vs Tyler Breeze NXT Tag Team Championship - Ladder Match The Street Profits vs The Forgotten Sons vs 1-2 (Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan) vs Undisputed Era (Kyle O’ Reilly & Bobby Fish) Matt Riddle vs Roderick Strong
Not sure if this is storyline and selling the PAC match (his knee attack after the match ended) but Meltzer’s podcast says Page suffered some kind of knee injury and won’t wrestle at Double or Nothing. This could just be some type of Cena heart and soul face overcoming the odds angle
Did you guys read her affidavit? She was drugged and raped in Kuwait during their U.S.O tour. When she told Vince about it, he said to sweep ii under the rug. What A P.O.S!! AEW is going to bury wwe now.
