Interesting. I don't think the Suns necessarily want anything besides a starting PG or picks. Dinwiddie would be a nice fit, maybe BK gets involved somehow.

    Hell, I’d like Dinwiddie here.

Why we don't get back Ariza?

Yup, this is exactly what I'm thinking. It's to do salary dump for tax purposes. Not to get better. Unless flips KCP at trade deadline for great player.

Yes, it's too late. The deadline for that was December 7th.

The Nets have not been able to extend him so far. I don't think he will end up here though.

There's no need for unnecessary trades, unless we're making a deal to either contend or tank. Let's just see what Brandon Knight can do for now.

Tbh Apache, we could use anything that would produce during the regular season right now.

I know ultimately the goal is still a championship, but right now the focus is on getting better and getting wins.

Whether that's small ball gimmick or not who cares. Rack up a bunch of wins and get comfy and then start being concerned about size and length later towards the deadline and/or buyout market.

AND I WANT CAPELA HERE, TOO!!**

    (Doubling down, you see.)

**Unless New Orleans would be stupid enough to trade AD for a package that included Capela. In other words, Capela stays.

He kind of sucks, but I suppose he’s playable.

I’d need to see the full proposal before I officially say yay/nay.

I doubt the Lakers would sell him low to a conference rival, though.

I feel your sentiments. Going small with PG’s and SG’s predominately doesn’t mean success nowadays. In my
opinion the lineup that started the last game of CP3/Gordon/Harden was getting killed on the boards. CP3 did end up
with 10 rebounds I believe, but it was the second unit that got us back in the game. Ennis (6’7”)/ House (6’7”) Gerald
    Green (6’8”) and Nene.

I was pushing pace before the game......but I want increased pace with 6’7”-ish players. As the NBA is going.

So far, Morey has been interested in acquiring Melo, MCW, Nick Young, JR Smith, and now KCP. Morey might really be washed...

@BigMaloe not to appear argumentative with you, I respect your opinion and a big fan of yours, per
basketball-reference.com (Rockets 5-man units this season)

    https://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/HOU/2019/lineups/

3rd lineup: in 57 mins they are now -15 points and not great in rebounding.

Lineup of CP3/Gordon/Harden was doing well in small snippets during the season....but this past game now has
them in the hole. I know it’s just one game and I will try to show more patience, but I think the switching defensively
works while using multitude of SF’s. PG’s and smallest SG’s get abused and are going to get called for more fouls
due to the need to clutch and grab. Otherwise we are getting a pardade to the rack by the opposing teams/players.

Again, just my humble opinion. I don’t believe more guards is the answer.
