Would've liked Bryant and Brown more but i understand that might be too much...not quite sure why Washington would trade Bryant for Capela though, i get that Clint is bigger and more proven, will probably help their defense more going forward, but still, Bryant is a good fit with the players they have and costs half the money for the next three years, he's 4 years younger...curious.

This works. With a future 1st going from the Wizards to the Wolves and our 2020 1st going there too.

Dont expect to get much more from Washington.. a first and Bryant for Capella seems about market value from what I'm seeing/reading based on the tax rumors (way to go Tilman ) and Wolves get their picks. The rest is pretty much filler, depending on how you view Ish and Napier.

 

It's cute that you guys think the Rockets are holding Isiah back so no one thinks about wanting him, but no, Mike D just doesn't trust him. That's the only explanation, stop making other **** up lol.

Noel is probably the closest thing to Capela you can find now out there, assuming he's available of course. But he's smaller and not as good as Capela in pick & roll.

He's going to get paid like it.

So we get 30 games with Bertans and maybe 2 playoff series and a lesser center for Capela?

The last minute of that video is key, if Jalen is anywhere near accurate: We're 9-1 without Capela and our "tiny ball" rotation is inexplicably working (albeit with an equally tiny sample size). Maori knows sitting pat won't get us close to the WCF, and since this looks like it's MDA's (and possibly Marley's) last year with the team, he's attempting to go all-in on small ball and hope the results disrupt other team's styles of play.

The irony with his theater debut is not missed. We see what you did there, Dorrel.

 

weird what happens when you trade one flawed superstar who fits perfectly into our system for another flawed superstar who fits into no system but one built around him and attach tons of assets.
