I think he's saying that the team can figure it out on offense but they need to play with a little more urgency and passion.

well, nothing else really matters if you're not playing with force. :)

Lol, not exactly a great take by Russ, "Xs and Os don't matter...just play with effort (at least on offense of course)"

Maybe it's also time to bring them back

"Just creating consistency. Just playing hard. Xs and Os don’t really matter. It’s just playing hard... on a night-in, night-out basis."

everyone makes fun of Westbrook but if really everyone on the team played with the same passion and effort as him then the Rockets would be first in the league and probably win a championship.

Clutch, I know you don't like RW, but in this case, I think you know his real gist. Let's be fair here. He is talking about effort. Nothing matters unless it starts with effort first.

"According to reserve guard Austin Rivers, it was backcourt co-star and former NBA MVP Russell Westbrook who led Wednesday’s meeting."
I think this makes it very clear which are the qualities of Harden as a leader of this team. :(

    This.

He has been our best player last 5 games or so.

He's found a way to be efficient in our offense and just plays hard every minute he's out there.

Atleast we have some one who consistently attacks the basket...getting sick and tired of us jacking up threes all game long.

A lot of you can hate on Westbrook and the trade but he's a Rocket now and the guy puts it out on the line every single night he puts on that Rockets jersey.

This is why the Houston Rockets cannot be considered contenders.

I don't think so. he has to play that way to make up for some of his deficiencies. and playing at 100 mph also gets him into trouble a lot too. but with him you have to take the extreme volatility bc that's just the type of player he is. Extreme lows w/ the highs. doesn't mean you're winning a ship with 5 guys playing at the motor. you'll never see that

We rely too much on harden and Russ. Our team lineups are being adjusted because Eric Gordon is getting back. We gotta get another wing tho. We are getting nothing out of DANUEL House
