They literally say all this in the show, not sure what you guys are talking about it being subtle and twists?
LOL.... The stories seem a bit disconnected at times Reminds me of the new Voltron I enjoyed it but need them to get more into the mythos Rocket River
Kimetsu No Yaiba deserves all the hype that it is getting, especially for the final scene of episode 19. The story, animation, music all come together just perfect. The music feels epic. Reminds me of the main theme music of Ghibli's Castle in the Sky. Spoiler
watched Evangelion on Netflix, and the ending was so wack it took me like 4 days to finish those last 2 episodes barely any of the characters were likeable...either too weak minded, lacked too much emotion, or had sh*tty personalities “The End of Evangelion” movie expounds on the ending a little bit, but it took a much more darker tone with Shinji doing some pretty foul sh*t overall, it seemed like a rushed project that didn’t fully explain everything that was going on...had to resort to ol’ trusty google after watching the series to make sure I understood everything that went down some of the visuals were cool tho, especially in the movie...for some reason, I prefer that style of animation over something like what’s done with HxH
Evangelion is the granddaddy of recent anime (both the good and the creepy bad). The details they put in are more like a treasure hunt. The series is full of teenage and post-identity angst, but the characters aren't that wretched if you imagine yourself thrust into that situation with no choice other than to win. Definitely disturbing if you treat it as a cartoon. There's still a bit of interest after all these years in the last movie because of the rushed, open-ended conclusion.
Finally catching up to Attack on Titan and Demon Slayer. I'm kind of glad I waited; this is FANTASTIC stuff in binge mode I apologize for thinking that Attack On Titan had lost it's impact. The popularity may have waned, but the content is still great. I love how they can give me exposition without bringing the action to a standstill. I liked Demon Slayer but stopped watching after episode 9-10; after we meet the big bad of the season. I only got back into it after hearing how bad ass episode 19 was. It's really good (you guys already know that) the world is starting to open up.
4 episodes......? Not sure, but theres only like 8 episodes total. Its not mind blowing or anything, but for now with it being a slow time for anime, its doing the job.
I just finished two seasons of Baki Interesting fighting anime Hero=/Mask ....I am three episodes in And I am not feeling it Rocket River
Just started, my son wouldn't stop talking about it. Very different plot, loving the psychological aspect of it.
Yea, its really good. And I think it just keeps getting better and better especially when they bring in the new cast members later on.
It's one of my favorites. Breaks a lot of superhero tropes. I don't expect much outside the slice of life bits but always interesting.
Funny thing about Mob Psycho, the author is the same guy who does OPM, but Mob Psycho is this guy's real work while OPM is more of a side project.
