It's interesting how Trump treats America's allies and how he treats American adversaries (Russia)

with this type of self imposed travel limits, Trump might not be able to visit many democratic countries

also show that Trump is a coward

Bush Jr didn't hide and not visit Germany when he expected large scale protest

but probably best for everyone if Trump just stay home and golf daily

There is probably an irresistible argument to make about his ego and diplomatic ineptitude, but there are probably (sigh) legitimate security concerns with his visit at this time.

Unamerican and Unpresidential would be a good fit.

    This is a huge concern.

Friendly nations that the U.S. could mostly count such as UK, Australia, Germany get treated like chit. Meanwhile, Putin, who is effectively the facto CEO of some many legit and suspected outright criminal enterprises, gets the red carpet treatment. Make no mistake, Trump's style of governance would be a perfect match to the Russian oligarchy. No doubt. Is this the explanation on why Trump feels so comfortable dealing with those sobs?

I feel like this statement unintentionally might imply that America's allies are democracies and America's adversaries are not. This couldn't be further from the truth of course. US Foreign Policy is and has always been indifferent to a foreign government's application of basic human rights.

What's happening is Trump is somewhat more friendly to dictators than democracies because - like CEO's of corporations - he knows those dictators can silence and shape narratives that Trump dislikes and they do not require citizen approval for looting the country. For example, let's take an imaginary non-EU country called XYZ. It seems unreasonable for XYZ to purchase hundreds of billions of dollars in arms when it is on the brink of economic collapse, dealing with rampant unemployment, selling off gigantic swaths of public assets to keep the country afloat and continues to deal with domestic socio-political turmoil. But since it's not a democracy, Trump can fly in and make that deal with a single person's approval. Same deal would take months in Europe, would require a far higher degree of transparency and citizens of EU countries could make their voices heard through media.

It's just a typical businessman strategy - don't care about anything, spend the lest time making the most money and then distribute that money to America's shareholders. I don't think it's secret, I don't think it's uniquely nefarious.

Red carpet treatment? Trump has not even met with Putin yet, likely because if he did the liberal media would have a field day jizzing over themselves.

Meanwhile he met with the British prime minister the week after taking office.

Has this story been confirmed? Or have the liberals been duped by fake news yet again?

All right, red carpet was just hyperbole. Lol

Still, Trump and his people are just too friendly to the U.S.'s most feared adversary. Too close for comfort.

The Tories being associated with Trump didn't help in the election. Showing up while Theresa May is struggling to even form a government might well force a new election. He needs to stay as far away from the UK as possible.

Trump is poison in Europe. If you're even caught giving him a friendly glance, you'll get torched in the polls. The UK needs to get a government formed before he'll ever be allowed back.

    Most feared adversary?

Language like that tells me you have swallowed the media and the establishment's Russian cold-war redux narrative hook, line, and sinker.

North Korea is easily our most feared adversary. Despite what the fear-monger's wish you to believe, Russia is an ally, albeit one that was treated like crap during the last 8 years.
