    Premiering at the Venice Film Festival In Competition. Will be getting an October 16 Netflix debut as well as a same day limited theater release. I guess for award qualifying reasons.

    Looks pretty good and definitely tailor made for awards. Plus, I'm an M83 fan, so if nothing else I like the trailer because of that.

    That looks really atmospheric. I have to mark that on my watchlist with a big X. Thanks for posting this it is the first time I realise about this movie. Idris Elba is an amazing actor btw and the acting plus accent of him in this trailor....well I just wanna see it!

    I miss the old style of trailers "In a world..."

    I actually knew what the movie would be about. These trailers are just an edited scene. I have no idea.

    Yeah, not really sure what's going on in this movie. Is Idris an anti-hero? Is it based off historical events? And I sure hope Netflix releases captions for this movie. It's hard to understand the dialogue.

    Doesn't look as good as the Medellin trailer. Elba can't carry a movie the way Vinnie Chase does.

    I usually avoid trailers because I hate having too much of the movie spoiled. From wiki:

    In a West African country, when civil war tears his family apart and militants kill his father, a young boy named Agu is forced to join a unit of mercenary fighters.

    Idris + Fukunaga + that is all I need to know.
