    His prime happened in the 70's, so that is the MVP player I am getting.

    Since he played games in the 80's, he is eligible.

    We can still get prime Lew Alcindor that way also. And several other guys.

    - There is a limit of 25 cumulative all star appearances each team may have.
    - Must have at least one player from every decade. Name a decade for 3 players (one for 1980s, one for 1990s, one for 2000s), everyone else is judged simply by prime, no matter when that prime happened.
    - In addition, you may have only one player who made his first all star game in 2010 or later.
