    We have 11 confirmed, Horry has stepped out of this draft. We can run this, but there will be all sorts of byes (5 I believe) which is kinda weird. if we got 12 it would be 4 teams on bye. Guess it really doesn't make too much a difference, just half the people won't have to play first round. Should we proceed with what we've got?

    Yep, I guess lets start. Maybe someone will join after we start.

    About the number of All Star games, we have 4 votes for 20 and 4 for 30 (counting just those who play). So I guess lets stick to the middle ground at 25.

    Each team may have 25 cumulative all star appearances.

    Just a reminder for updated rules

    UPDATED RULES:

    - The pool of draftable players is anyone that has played in at least one NBA game from the 1979-1980 season to now.
    - Pick 8 players.
    - There is a limit of how many cumulative all star appearances each team may have.
    - Must have at least one player from every decade. Name a decade for 3 players (one for 1980s, one for 1990s, one for 2000s), everyone else is judged simply by prime, no matter when that prime happened.
    - In addition, you may have only one player who made his first all star game in 2010 or later.

    The research and different approaches should make this a fun draft, think I'll make some kind of pro-active 8 man list to make sure I get the best out the 25 appearances and decades.
