    As far as I can tell, that's the only reason LCC is still in business. Certainly not due to the food.

    Yeah the business can surely be done as long as that place is open. And yes the food is worse than terrible.

    I took a Houston History class at one point and my professor claimed that there was some sort of grandfathered immunity due to connections with someone in city government or the police force a long time ago (70s)... Anyone know anything about that?

    Ah, I've gotten 2, possibly 3 different answers. Since I'm not sure if brownies and smoking are from the same HERBert hoover. The only that was repped to me was hilarious though
