Rockets to honor T-Mac at the Pelicans game tomorrow (12/18/14)

Are these fans going to cheer or boo? Or wait for what espn has to say?

 

I hope what they really mean by honor Tmac is to sign him to a 10 day contract to backup Ariza, who is playing way too many minutes.

 

i love T-mac. he hit big shots, not women.

 

I think this is great. Don't get me wrong, I hated T-Mac when he gave up on the team. Heck, for a good two years my brothers and I would refer to defecating as "taking a T-Mac." But I gotta give credit where credit is due... The truth is for four out of the seven seasons he was here T-Mac was one of the best players in the league when healthy. HE and Yao were our closest shots to a ring since Dream. As much as I loved the ambiguously gay duo of Cat and Stevie I would make the trade for T-Mac 10 out of 10 times. Again, I don't want anyone to think I love T-Mac because I still remember feeling extremely frustrated because he kept us the fans and the Rockets organization hostage his last year here...

Maybe he can talk about if they put him on a spurs team with tim duncer he would have won multiple championships instead of the Rockets.

 

Exactly what I thought! tinman can hate TMac all he wants. But I've seen too many Rockets stars have their careers cut short because of injuries.

Now if something happens to Harden, we can all blame tinman.

 

I came to like the Rockets because of T-mac, but his last couple of years here really left a sour taste.

Still, great move by the Rockets.

 

Glad were doing this. There were things we, and him as well probably, wished turned out differently but he had a really good stay here in Houston. Its been like 5 years, time to move on.
