That's pretty low, even for loony jihadists. I can't really imagine the theological calculus in which one would think they could go before Allah and say you fought for him by massacring children. Maybe today will be the day that the Taliban loses the sympathy of locals who have run cover for them?

Army run school. They will say they are fighting those who dont support their ideals. Sickos. All of them. And anyone who supports their strand of Islam.
It's because it was an Army School. As in, the kids attending were children and relatives of the military / police. It was retaliation, for the Pakistani Gov military strikes against the Taliban of Pakistan.
