    you need a "camping" stove for an outdoor "trip", 'eh.
    for your hearty stews

    I have a single burner and if that's not enough I make a fire with wood.

    Single burner cost me $20 and I've used it for years.

    Get a butane one. Don't have to worry about anything getting soaked. The one I have is older than me.
