    "Williams was reportedly waiting in front of a Subway shop while Knight, who has acted as Williams' tour manager, was getting a manicure/pedicure at a nail salon when police arrived. Williams was cited for parking too close to a fire hydrant. Knight's ticket was based on outstanding traffic warrants."

    Dude. It doesn't matter if you weigh a ton or are anorexic. If a bullet hits a vital organ or artery, you are toast. You really think a layer of fat is really going to throw off the trajectory of a bullet significantly? TF? He has just been lucky.

    Just like a million of other court cases we've had threads on, they just listed the maximum possible sentence for a charge of this type. The jury will have a lot of discretion within the band to settle on a common-sense and appropriate punishment in consideration of the severity of the crime and how much of a dumb-ass he is.
