    btw: anyone else agree that Sarah is the only one who actually understands how boy/girl dynamics work. OP girl asked Sarah for advice.

    Sarah would never have led a boy on, thus why she got asked for advice and said, "Do not let him pay for dinner." She probably also advised against the whole boy as a friend thing to begin with.
