    don't have time to watch the whole thing right now but have you guys seen what they've done to the actual buffalo bayou along Allen Parkway? It's freakin' BEAUTIFUL.

    This video speaks on that project as well. There are actually some in this video who speak against the future plans of what they envision the Bayou to be.... Pretty interesting

    Youtube is blocked here at work, but what exactly are they against? The parks are going to look and will be absolutely fantastic for those of us who love to be outdoors when it's finished.

    Sierra Club guy doesn't want to bayou expanded for increased capacity. Wants it completely left alone and peoples homes to be flooded.

    The video didn't really present very well as one plan vs another plan to be honest. Flood Control District said he needs to worry about safety and is all for parks and works on the Bayou, artist hated everything, Sierra Club hated humans.

    Watched it for two minutes. Shut it off. Didn't see any representation from people of color. Didn't realize Buffalo Bayou was only for white people.
