    I just bought a 6" kindle for 9 bucks with this. I don't even read that much but I figure I can gift it.

    This makes no sense. It works for some people, but not others? When I sign in it says I'm not eligible, but other people who click the link are.

    Yea I looked into it and says that the awarding of the coupon is random. Some get it some don't, imma just keep trying throughout the day see if I get lucky.

    I don't buy any books but I do buy a lot of other crap. It might just be based on how much money you spend on Amazon.
