Can't understand why all of you complaining about D-Mo game today. Yet to be clear - he plaid ok defense, sure his p&r still need to be worked on. He had 6 rebounds, 3assists, made all FT's (rare thing tho) and set a lot of screens for teammates. Yet he was dissapointed cause didn't maked those free lay-ups that created himself. But I see bright in this - he uses moves that Dream was teaching him, trying bring them into the game and in time, he will make it one after another. Fouled out against athletic power-forward. Simple as that - he is not enough athletic to guard them. Either TJones can't - made free shots, didn't created anything for himself (or did he? one layup I guess), took 5 rebounds playing as center, no assists, no screens, defense was ok but not as good as shouldve been - no effort getting back on D. Saw him standing and doing nothing when 3 guys was on the ground trying to steal ball one of each other.

I guess it will be rollercoaster for this two again this season, and forum after each game will change their minds. One day D-Mo scrub, the other day TJones. And so on.

 

I like to see more guys cutting to the basket. With Howard in the paint, there will always be a Rocket with a clear path to the basket, and Dwight will find them if they make the cut.
