    Pagnozzi, 30 (turns 31 on November 10), was an 8th-round pick of the Cardinals in 2003 out of Central Arizona College.

    In 90 games with Gwinnett (AAA), Pagnozzi was hitting .210/.274/.314 with 6 homers and 31 RBI. He last appeared in the Majors in 2011, when he played 7 games with the Rockies and 5 with the Pirates, hitting 8-29 (.276) with 3 RBI.

    is this indicative of what we think about the catchers we have at OKC? isnt carlos perez deserving of a chance with all these injuries??

    OKC is in the playoffs. Pagnozzi's just a guy.

    Perez and/or Garcia will be up once the playoffs end.

    There are 4 catchers on the 40-man, 3 are hurt: Castro, Stassi, Corporan, then Clark. Add Pagnozzi, move somebody to the 60-day, cut somebody, whatever, just a depth move and nothing more.
